Your satisfaction is our top priority; however, due to the nature of our personalized products, we cannot accept returned goods. Please contact paige@zshush.com for any order issues.

We do our absolute best to make sure you get your order as fast as we can! Our products usually ship within 1-5 BUSINESS days! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. Delivery times will vary based on the distance from our office to your shipping address, and your shipping location. Delivery times may be longer for Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship internationally at this time, but stay tuned!

Because we begin processing your order immediately after checkout, all sales are final. Once a purchase has been made there are no exchanges or refunds. Please contact paige@zshush.com for further inquiries, we will always try our best to accommodate edits to an order, but we cannot guarantee it.

We calculate shipping rates through USPS. Shipping is based on the location of your package destination and the weight of your order. During our free shipping promotions, some exclusions may apply.

Everything at our store can be personalized! Follow the steps on the item listing page to add your customizations. If you have a specific vision for a product, contact paige@zshush.com and we can chat about bringing it to life!

Yes! If you need to place an order for a large quantity of products, contact paige@zshush.com for special pricing and ordering.

Yes! We make products for businesses, weddings, birthday parties, or special gifting. Check out our custom order page for more info.

Check the interior care tag or the item's product description for any special care instructions it may have. Generally, all products should be handled with care.

We’re sorry you missed out! Unless an item is listed as "limited edition" it will be restocked regularly. Please contact paige@zshush.com and let us know what product you’re looking for!

We are sorry for the inconvenience, we know how excited you are to receive your Zshush order! Please refer to the tracking number provided in your email as the courier is now responsible for the delivery of your package. Once your order has left our office we no longer have visibility on the location of your order.
